There is none. Netbooks are not for video. They won't render nicely adequate.
Get a 14" - 16" Compaq/HP/Acer/Dell for $ 399 on sale in 1 of the Sunday sale papers if you cannot invest the money.

I would look into the modem. All a router does is take the world wide web and share it with other users. Also if your using dsl, make confident the phone line is plugged in. It goes Modem --> Router --> Pc
Also, how lengthy has this been happening? When and awhile the service does goes down or repair or upkeep
