@dingo596 Yea I think thats the problem. Although here’s the thing: Me and my sister bought the exact same laptop at the same time from the same store and everything, hers works perfectly when I connect it to an external display. Mine doesn’t! :S

@SockeysAlliance u may have put it as your main desktop screen u will need to go to your controal pannel and got to display and playaround with your screen settings. (be shore to make a restore point on your pc/laptop for if your settings go wrong)

If vista on your key board press START BUTTON (ussualy next to ALT) then while holding down the START BUTTON press X
if the WINDOWS MOBILITY CENTER window pops up click CONNECT DISPLAY
