Very helpful and well done. I realize these reviews are done on the cheap, but if you could position your mic so that it didn’t drop your voice when you turned your head (a headset mic, perhaps?), it would be a little less distracting.
Still, very informative, concise and a great help in picking a good choice in a crowded field (I already own a ASUS eeePC 1018 and am looking for something for my wife to take notes in class.)
Thanks again.

Would it be possible for you to send me that time lapse video from Hong Kong? I would love to set it as my desktop computer’s background with a program. Thanks.

@Belieber4life0607 HOw? Coupon?? I see it for $269. There’s another model that has an atom CPU but that’s not the same as the one she’s presenting.

You can get this from future shop for $179

Need to a do a clean restore on these. The programs that new computers come with in general are just straight bogus. I end up not using them anyways. Better to always do a clean install of Windows 7.

@mccannjet Download open office from sun java instead of using wordpad, its free and just like Micro$oft Word. FYI: A flash drive and upgrading to 4gb of RAM is slightly different, its basically storage vs speed. (the flash drive being the storage)

I bought this two days ago for schooling, but the wordpad is difficult to print, but i recommend it, im am in 8th grade. i would also recomend getting a flash drive if you dont upgrade to a 4gb. its amazing

I think this 11 inch netbook with the more powerful processor is a good compromise between mobility and power …
